A major tributary of the Li River, Yulong River flows through some of the most beautiful scenery ~ hundreds of  tall limestone hills (Karst formations) surrounded by rice paddies. Local people use bamboo rafts for fishing and daily transportation up and down the river between house, markets, and rice paddies. More recently this has also become a tourist attraction, sitting on the reclining chair on the raft, one can enjoy an all-around view of the natural, rural life on the river.
