One brand new Linhof 4x5 view camera had to be broken in properly by going to the Oregon Coast. This was my first successful accomplishment living under a dark cloth, camera on a solid tripod, viewing an image upside down and backwards (as is the nature of view cameras), and snapping the cable release. Film plate #24. There would be thousands more images in the years to come.
