The fall of 2006 gave us a thrilling adventure through Japan with the Japanese Garden Society of Oregon. Included were the historic temple gardens of Kyoto and Tokyo and a tour amongst the spectacular autumn colors of Northern Japan.
Sandy and Erskine then continued on to north Thailand to Chang Mai during the Loi Krathrong Festival, visited numerous temples, elephant camps, hilltribes, and a run down the Kok River in a traditional "longtail" boat. The trip concluded at the World Heritage Site of Angor Wat in Cambodia. Needless to say we took cameras and will have a selection of images at the 2007 festivals.
